We produce cheese using the milk from our own cows–FRESH milk from the cows comes right to our Cheese Vat to make the freshest cheese around.
We make a “Cheddar type”, Monterey Jacks (Plain, Tomato Basil, Sneaky Pete [Habanero],
Plain, Chive & Dill, KTM’s Garlic Delight), Cheese Curd (plain, Buffalo, Tomato Basil, Garlic & Onion, Horseradish, Dill and To The MOON [super hot]), Mozzarella, Heritage (a combination of Parmesan and Swiss) and our newest addition is an Italian Cheese called Belpaese (a softer buttery flavored cheese)
